What should I wear/bring?
Wear any kind of athletic clothes, sneakers, a towel, water, and a workout mat.
What if I'm running late?
Please arrive 5 minutes before each class and 10 minutes early for your first class to get acquainted with the studio and be as stress free as possible. We cannot allow athletes into the studio more than 5 minutes after the class start time.
What are your fees?
There are no hidden fees or dues associated with your membership.
What is the recommended level of fitness for a class?
All people of differentr ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are welcome! Anyone and everyone should feel comfortable here, and understand that different people have very different fitness journeys.
What is proper studio gym etiquette?
As a courtesy to other members, and to ensure everyone's safety, we ask that you please re-rack your weights after use. Be courteous to your fellow athletes. Have fun.
